Never saw that coming. The minute they offered that poor pawn I knew he was screwed. fsu is pathetic. You know they yanked his offer because he was practically walking around like Chief Osceola after they offered him. I think he was going to classes on albino horse in full head dress.

Wonder what S. FL HS corches are thinking about fsu's tactics. They probably don't care all that much as long as fsu continues to give them some $$$ covertly.

That's ****ed up. Seriously. Good kid that didn't/doesn't deserve to be a ******* pawn. I hope every **** recruit out there takes note of the tactics they use up there. Looks like the same thing is happening with Johnson from BTW, at least I know in that case 6, Kirkland, and Ice Harris will know the real deal.

It wouldn't even be a choice at all if Corch Guntwood wasn't trying to steer AC to his buddy Bielema. Guntwood is a blob-like character in the AC recruitment.

This is the sad part. Anywhere else and the HS coaches would tell them to GTFO but I doubt we see any real backlash.
 
I tried to tell y'all that Franklin wasn't a big time BCS level recruit. Smaller profile school (like a USF or Tennesse, who is CLEARLY rebuilding) is the spot for him.

Don't know where that info came from, but Franklin tweeted out a photo of the cookie cake and his hotel room. I don't think they would bring him on an official if they were pulling the offer.

That may be true in some schools....but I am **** sure it would make a big difference at BTW with Ice. Some schools care about their kids. They wouldn't even dream of doing that kind of thing at St. Thomas.
 
Count me in the group that was happy for Franklin. Kid is a Nole fan and had an offer. I truly hope this isn't true..
 
FSU is a fugging joke. I feel badly for John and his family. He didn't deserve to be treated like this.

South Broward is not really a recuiting hotbed

So I guess FSU figure's they can live with not getting kids from there

Its despicable if true. Really sucks for the kid
 
Hopefully ordeals like this push FSU further out of SFLA.


The fact that one of them is a Booker T. kid is big IMO.

South Broward like Cypress Bay, Everglades, Hallandale, and Miramar? Maybe not the hotbed like Central Dade (BTW, Central, The West), but hardly anything to discount.
