FSU Let's be real

I agree. HOWEVER with that gameplan there was no need to rush d eriq back & throw him out there. From a coaching and preparation standpoint we didn't show up to compete. So if that was the approach then why not go big picture and invest in your future and play one of the young kids at qb. Cause defenses like this is what you build from. The experience would've made alot more sense to any coach who has a clue at least.
Are you’re telling me only Manny starts D’Eriq King in this game, and he does so because he’s clueless?

Anyone overreacting to FSU based on that ****** grossly overrated ND team needs medication. If ND were actually a good team, they would have beaten FSU by 3 TDs easily. Travis threw 3 INTs and they still took it to OT. Think about that for a second. And that two QB system... anyone who's been watching football more than 5 years knows that won't work for long.

They were up for that game, and I give them credit for that. But let's see if they can sustain that energy the rest of the way. I smell a trap game against JSU and WF won't be a walk in the park.

Long season ahead, Nole slurpers.

Not sure who actually watched the game but FSUs only real talent is Jermaine Johnson on D and the O sucked the majority of drives. Norvell actually played Travis most of the game over a health Milton and only brought him in because of Travis losing helmet.FSU will still be trash, the the ND game was in November maybe the recruit reaction would last but give me a break with anyone saying this game matters in the long run as long as FSU still loses 5 more games

FSU didn’t even play good they just didn’t give up in a big game at home. Really only positive. D looked better but O is *** and coaching is ***

Did you already forget what happened to FSU after they beat UNC last year. I actually think it hurts them that they played ND close. It might be a game that beats them again.
If you looked at their UNC game, and our UNC game, and asked how they'd fare against us, you'd say . . .

No. That's not what I'm telling you. I'm telling you we rushed him back to put him into this game and we didn't utilize our game plan in a way that he could Excell. If you're not gonna play him to his strengths which are numerous and you're simply going to use him as a pocket qb than yes you may as well simply play one of the young kids BECAUSE if you're not playing him to his strengths than you're not trying to hard to win. Admit it or not he's not even comfortable in the pocket. So give the youngins who are this programs future a shot to compete and get experience against a defense that's not some simple read. Just common sense.

Not for nothing but they had a **** of a lot more heart than us if you simply use game 1 as a barometer.
What makes you say that? Because the game was close when it shouldn't have been?

I didn't see any Miami players quit. They played hard til the end. There were a lot of missed tackles in the 1st quarter which was somewhat expected getting use to Bama's speed and power.

If anything, Diaz and Lashlee are the biggest reason the game got lopsided early. You can't go run, run, pass 3 straight times against the best defense in the country. You can't play soft zone either. It was Diaz and Lashlee played scared in the 1st half. That's not the players fault. The 2nd half was basically an even game if King scores on the 4th & goal.

All I see is a bunch of overeations against Miami and for FSU. One game doesn't define the season for either team.

Absolutely the key ingredients were Mandy and lashlee. However plenty of kids didn't want to be their either. I'll just leave it at that's my opinion. I didn't watch fsu so I don't know the reality of their effort or how good Notre Dame is. Simply that they battled.

We battled. It was David vs Goliath and Goliath won big. It doesn't change the effort. Let's play a few more games before we pass judgment on what we are.
