You could be correct, but I don't think you could compare our situation to theirs. The U, with the City of Miami, and the storied history, is far more of a positive to look at from an investment standpoint than what they bring to the table, and our 20 years of mediocrity never got close to how down they are/have been.Immediate ROI no, but the brand and potential is there. Look at The U after 20 years of doing nothing with the right investment and work. Seminole Tribe makes billions a year. They have the cash flow to sustain a dedicated turn around effort for the team that has an agreement for their name with them already.
