Franklin=Gore?

Franklin got a lot of attributes, vision is good, tough to tackle and can hit breakaway speed. Gonna be tough to keep him on the bench going forward
 
Was definitely impressed by Thad. DMoney said he’s a gamer and maybe he’s right. Not every player is “King of Practice”. He keeps this up and my “ HOT TAKE” in that thread of Don Chaney transferring because he won’t get his job back after injury looks good so far. Thad looks the part.

Speaking of Gore…Jr had 178 yards and 2 scores on 32 carries last night. Next week will be another great test before A&M not so much in the quality of opponent, but the challenge of keeping contain on a running QB while also ensuring our interior run D remains stout. They only attempted 13 passes last night in 4OT’s, so secondary shouldn’t be tested much

Additionally, Southern Miss fields a pretty stingy D. Should be a solid uptick in competition for our running game + WRs on offense.

All kidding aside, its good see Thad take advantage of his opportunity with Citizen and Chaney out. I thought he’d get plenty of short yardage and goal line changes. Good for him.
