Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, No. I love Ice too but lets not get crazy here. Now would I allow him to start "sitting in" on the offensive gameplan meetings. Why not?
 
We don't have a capable interim coach on our staff. That's how bad this staff is.

Our associate HC is ******* Doritos. Fire Al the day of our last game and be done with it.

This is why you dont let players pick the coach. Even though we already let that happen once.
 
I talked to Ryan serveral times and he absolutely hates Golden. He been calling for his head ever since his first year. He knew it would come to this. I'm assuming he had inside information from players. I told to give golden a chance and he soar Golden would kill this program just like Sapp been saying. Now I'm on the train. Get him out of Miami with this soft mentality team. It makes me sick.
 
Blasting Golden is one thing, but when you back it up by saying "hire Ice" you show a complete lack of maturity and integrity.
 
I'm not a big fan of Golden, but it always makes me laugh when former players like Hill, who were one of the reasons we never reached our potential, start saying something about coaching.
 
Coley would be a way better interim HC than Al. Coley is not a technician, but his personality is much more fit to being a HC than it is a technical x and o guy.

Hill was a top ten rated corner coming out. He did what was asked of him. He moved from corner, to WR, back to corner in his time here.

Our coaches failed him.

I feel the same way, and could also make the same statement by replacing "hire Ice" with "hire Butch".
