Former Cornerback Ryan Hill's plea

I don't know why people are laughing at ice. He's not ready to be a full time college coach but he'd get a lot more out of these guys than *** and Doritos. He knows south Florida athletes and the type of football they should play, the local kids already look up to him, and he ran the best high school program in the country.

Ice would be a great HC, he doesn't have to call plays, but I bet he comes with motivation and gets the team hyped to play. (Only time I saw a Golden coached team get hyped was vs UF, but that's it) The team attitude would improve drastically!! Also think Ice would hire some great Coordinators and would for sure lock down So Fla recruiting! (every 9 out of 10 studs in Miami) I'm in, he would be a great coach, not like Al really has made any great moves staff wise and motivational wise. Just facts

So now you want to make a fool out of Ice? I remember a great HS coach who went straight to college HC. We saw farewell game in the OB, and a great send did we give him. Please stop the sillyness. Al has to go, but Ice is years from being ready to be D1 HC. If you think he couldn't be any worse, you are forgetting Randy. Let Ice coach RBs some. By the way, I am not blaming Ice but his RBs didn't do crap Monday either, and he has Duke to work with.
 
I want AG gone as much as the next guy, but all these scrubs that didn't do jack !@#$ playing for this regime and the prior regime, need to STFU.
 
Ryan Hill ideas are just as bad as his cover skills......he called himself blanket lol use that blanket and cover your mouth SMFH

Hill was a top ten rated corner coming out. He did what was asked of him. He moved from corner, to WR, back to corner in his time here.

Our coaches failed him.

For everyone dismissing Ice, he's accomplished more than ******* Golden has in his career. Pretty sure some of his Booker T teams would have beaten the **** out of Goldens best Temple teams. Ice knows the mentality of these players, can motivate them without bringing up the gipper like a 60's ****** paterno disciple. Would he be a long term solution? But he wouldn't have to be, just get us through the next two opponents until Butch comes in. He can't do worse than Godlens has done.

I believe in ICE I think he can build great teams but c'mon man......he's a couple years away maybe go takeover FIU and get experience

The best high school team in America would lose to the worst Temple team 63-7. Let's try to be a little more realistic.

Sure. I have no idea Ice Harris' progression, but makes sense for him to prove something other than he ran a powerhouse HS program. Gus Malzahn made the HS to College jump successfully and others have as well. They all showed incredible skill in some area before being entrusted with greater duties. Is Ice Harris a technical savant? Has he proven CEO ability that makes him suitable for that type of role?

This seems emotional. We've already made emotional mistakes with this program's business. You'd think we would learn from our mistakes. You'd hope we learn from the mistakes of others. We apparently do neither.

I'm guessing he meant promote him interim HC. We'd need to hire A consultant to coach defense. I'd give Schiano a tryout
