For Those Who Claim Coach Mark Richt Can't Recruit

This poster is what happens when you ignore the reality of a horrible hand being dealt to Coach Richt and goes about burning the program to the ground.

Handed the keys to a nationally recognized university in a talent-rich area with tons of history after being fired by another is being dealt a bad hand? With that logic, we should bring Golden back since he actually took the blunt of the Shannon/Shapiro saga.

This ain't it, chief.

When you think you’re rising above the majority with superior intellect, but you’re actually startlingly retarded enough to have an opinion all your own.

There’ll be another 8 threads next week of his pretentious bull**** OPs, followed by his desperate attempts to degrade all 400 posts calling him an idiot.

Mark Richt, having to follow the Randy Shannon disaster, Al Golden disaster, and the Shapiro disaster, that was several years of non-stop vicious media attacks on the Canes football program, requires a long-term rebuilding of a program that is unrecognizable from the glory days. What Coach Richt accomplished last year was possibly the best coaching job in the history of the program when everything is factored in, which is why the experts awarded him coach of the year. There is no way to wave a recruiting wand over the nation's recruits and suddenly they will be clamoring to become Canes, especially when competing against monstrous, well oiled (money) recruiting machines that now dot the college football landscape.

Below, is a small sampling of the recruiting Coach Richt brought to the Bulldogs. Notice that with Coach Richt's recruits Kirby came close to capturing a National Championship, yet now with Coach Richt's recruits moving on, they've struggled. Mark Rich is a winner and with the support of all Canes, he will bring National Championships back to Miami.

So what you're saying is he can't coach up talent on his rosters?
Thanks for porsting.

So this is what we've come to? We're not reliving our own glory days, but we're celebrating the recruiting of our head coach at his previous job, the one he got fired from. Great.

Ok, fine. Not a bad recruiter. But, he’s still a ****** coach. Fair enough. Now go **** off.

I swear on my ******* life, someone is creating user names using full names from Miami Palmetto Sr High teachers between 99-04. The last one I remember was a user named “Troy Bullock”.. Earnest Bass is probably the name of a physics teacher at Killian from 2002 or some ****.

they came within a fg of a NC. ok with mostly richts guys but now with a younger team they are 11-1. even if they loss they and dont make playoffs they will likely finish 12-2. richt never had back to back seasons like that.

And the #1 recruiting class already there.

10 and 0 after Shannon, Golden, and Shapiro.
Man, I've got to tell you, there's not a whole lot of people who defend the Shannon, Golden, and Shapiro happenings. While I try to consider most everyone's opinions, unlike you I believe those events did catastrophic damage to the football program. To each their own, Amigo!
No one will defend the damage CMR is causing either..
