I mentioned this in another thread a while ago where someone had posted a link to James' resume in comparison to some other real AD's at other successful programs. I felt his background in marketing and ticket sales explained a lot about the way the guy operated.

This is a classic of a struggling business who has dwindling clientele and cannot increase their customer base. By raising ticket prices on their existing customers is only going to further alienate more fans.

We can move to the other side around 50 yard line at almost triple the price. We have been season ticket holders for over 40 years - and are done.
