Always lost in the discussion of Cuban Steak sanguich vs Media Noches is my favorite type of Cuban sandwich which is the Croquetta Preparada which is a Cuban sandwich with mash-up Ham croquettes. Trust me, it is delicious and I even have had it for breakfast with some Cuban coffee.

There's soooo many....hard to pick just one, but Osso Bucco on a bed of polenta is right up there.
