Early Betting Lines - Canes +17.5 vs Bama

First game of the year-Bet on the team with an overwhelming advantage in returning starters (UM).

Very good probability they cover the spread .

2nd game the edge is still there and by the third game it fizzles out.

Especially installing a new offense with a new QB and skill players. He will want live bullets against a quality opponent to prepare for SEC play.

First half sounds like a solid bet, but that won’t be released til probably Thursday of game week.

Varies. Usually a few min a day, sometimes I get an hour or two of free time (like right now, wife and kids are out shopping and spending my money on things we don't need, but that's a small price to pay for a few moments of silence in the house). I'll scan the posts real quick to see if there if there is anything interesting that has been posted. 99 times out of 100 I'll find l the threads devolve into some variation of either "Manny sucks" or "15-0."
 
So many times, UM doesn't get beat - we beats ourselves with dumbass penalties at the worst times - killing drives - calling back scores - negating first downs - calling back 30+ yard runs - on and on. Offsides. That drives me NUTS!

Bama's good - real good - but they can be had.

Bama very rarely get dumbass penalties - and often enough - that is plenty for them to win tight games.

We clean that up - and we just might once again start giant killing.

Southpoint in Vegas opened canes at -13, moved quickly to -16. Could have been guys looking to middle 13 & 17.5, but still interesting it didn’t get to 17.

13 is insane. I haven’t seen it open anywhere under 16. Granted I don’t live in Vegas or Atlantic City but still.

I asked someone very familiar with how the lines are set what the opener would be about 3 months ago, he told me ~22.

Opening it at 13 seems insane. This dude knows his stuff. So either 13 isn't true, it was a mistake, they had about $5 limits, something.

Had to have limits. Big bettors would’ve thrown 6 figures on that immediately. I guessed it would open at 17.5 and close at either 20.5 or 21.5. I imagine anything over 21 would be the buy back number. I wouldn’t touch it at that, but maybe some analytical guys could find an angle to play it at that number who knows.
 
Opening at 13 is definitely a mistake. This dude knows nothing, and I don't really care about his opinion. And moreover, betting has become so boring for me, I don't wanna waste time on it anymore. Betting on Miami matches doesn't worth it at all, so I decided to spend my time on smth else. For example, playing poker on Pokerstars or spinning some slots in online casinos. My last time was gambling in slot malaysia because they have some amazing bonuses there. It was fun, but I wanna find more casinos like that.

Thanks for sharing some information about betting. I am a student, and I am always happy to find some free predictions for matches. I am usually crypto-betting because, in my country, it is illegal to bet, but the use of cryptocurrency allows to remove the geolocation restrictions. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to make the predictions by myself, by analyzing the matches and the teams, so I usually use predictions made by computer. In my opinion, it is much easier, and usually, people that make predictions are way better at making the right pick.

Hoping for a little help and advice from fellow betting Canes brothers. I am at the Aria in Vegas for a conference and I figured I might as well bet some Canes action.
They got the season wins at 9.5. The over is +120 and the under at -145.

They got Alabama favored by 18
The ACC championship game they have Miami +900 to win it.
They also got UNC favored by 3 for the UM game.

I am not a gambler so any help would be appreciated.

I hardly ever bet on the canes. Cept when we play FSU and beat em 52-10
