Why would these kids commit to someone who's support staff? He'd have a much higher chance to close of he was actually an on field coach.

Brandon Harris started coaching same time as DVD and is already a D1 Defensive coordinator.. i would rather him at UM then DVD as much as the kids love him and B Harris a former 1sr round pick

He was On-Field in 2021 & it was an awful showing both on the field & in recruiting.

Not all DVDs fault, but he was lazy as a UM player and never took it serious.

-played under a failed coaching staff and for a team that had horrible culture.
-coached under a staff that failed and had horrible culture.

Moving on was essential.

Yea he’s a former Cane, but he had no business coaching here. He’s never been around a successful organization with proper culture.

B Harris been at FAU since last year.

Corey Bell was FIU’s CB’s Coach, but then about a week ago he got hired at FAU as an analyst, which opened up the FIU job for DVD, which DVD had actually interviewed for last year but decided to stay here because he believed he would get elevated back On-Field but it didn’t happen.

Every time I see Corey Bell mentioned, it takes me back to his time at Edison.
