I was always taught, and coach it as well: it needs to all look the same.

This is not only amateurish QB play from a supposed tier 1 player, but absolute coaching malpractice from the QB coach and OC. Really? Some X box football savant shows this to Langdon, and now it's viral? That's what the Oregon coaching staff was looking to have happen? Un...freakin'... real.

It either means the kid is uncoachable, or the coaches are unemployable. Or maybe both?

I remember when Dante Moore was coming out of HS, and both @Memnon and I thought the kid had premium skills and was one of our top picks in that class. Won't speak for him, but boy I was wrong.

Man, This game is humbling.

I don't disagree with a single word you wrote. I remember as a lard *** on the OL to make sure my feet were always set the same, fingertips barely touching the dirt so that I didn't giveaway run v pass. On defense, I ALWAYS looked for the tipoffs. Once I had it, my skill level didn't matter nearly as much. I'm talking middle school level here too.

I find your comments about uncoachable v coaches are unemployable to be interesting. I personally think it's both. Lanning blows. Dante committed to the Ducks, decommitted, spent a year at UCLA, then portaled up to Oregon. I don't see a ton of progress in his development.

Luck ran out and hopefully they're losing the games they got away with in prior years.

I've been saying Oregon and A&M take huge steps back strictly due to the coordinators they lost and who they replaced them with. Haven't seen it yet with A&M but I still think it's coming.

I’m of the belief that the major difference keeping A&M steady compared to Oregon is Tommy Moffit, 3x national champion as a S&C coach (Tennessee, Miami, and LSU). A&M’s loss of Colin Klein will show up in pivotal moments as they move forward though, and their schedule this year is much more challenging than it was last year.

He not only plays a significant role in the Ducks’ football program as the designer of the year-round conditioning calendar but also has been quick to aid the athletic development of athletes in the sports of baseball as well as men’s and women’s track & field.

While he has long been one of the integral components to the program’s success – as often credited by both past and present Oregon student-athletes – his work and innovation are now recognized as one of the overwhelming contributions to the fast pace the football team has employed the past seven years.

I’ve read a lot of random coaches’ bios however never one that starts off with an imagined or unimportant grievance lmaooo.

One of radcliffe’s S&C buddies would always hate, on Twitter, on Feld’s work at Miami. I believe the hate is because of Mario’s sidelining. The new Oregon football-only S&C guy, Wilson Love, still answers to Radcliffe and doesn’t have the free rein Mario empowered Feld & co to have. A lot of Oregon’s back offices infrastructure was built out by Mario.

Wilson Love additionally doesn’t have the know-how or experience to really challenge Radcliffe anyways. He was an alum, two star DT who never saw the field, grad assistant aiding ‘Bama defensive linemen in 2014. Switched over to S&C the following year, and after two years as an “assistant,” S&C guy, Lane took him to FAU with him & made him the head S&C coach. Not even sure he has certifications; as i don’t see em listed on his bio.

When UF S&C Nick Savage became available after Dan Mullen was fired; and important to note Lane didn’t get that UF job he wanted then, after UFs first choice Chip Kelly chose UCLA, UF didn’t even consider Lane, instead, in favor of his literal past subordinate, former Alabama WR coach, Billy Napier who brought in his own S&C guy; Lane told Love to find another job lol and brought Savage to Ole Miss. Love and Lanning briefly overlapped at Alabama. Savage is now at LSU.
