If they can't even make the correct decision in firing Golden, it really isn't surprising that UHealth isn't doing so well.

This recruiting class is lost. It cannot be saved, no matter who the coach is, the damage is done. The question is will we be able to save the 2016 class. And honestly unless Golden is going to be gone by monday, or mid way through the season at the latest, I doubt the 2016 class will finish top 10, even though it should finish top 3.

It will affect Kelly's willingness to negotiate a buyout though.

Having a job lined up, or even other jobs available, is having a foot out the door

Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to hope for a 2-4 start next season. The hatred at that point will be so strong, he'll quit for fear of his life.
