As much of a Homer as i am........it's really, really, really hard not to say Travis Etienne isn't the best RB in the ACC

He's easily one of my favorite players. Does everything that's asked of him and fights for extra yardage every time. I hope the O line and playcalling let him have a great year.

Cam Ackers as well. I hate FSU, but that kid is doing really good being the only real weapon FSU has. If Dallas was running behind the FSU line, his numbers go wayyyy down as well.

But we've given DJ far less opportunities

Because our O is about spreading the ball around, so when Dallas DOES get it, he has holes to run through. He doesn't need 20 carries a game for our O to be effective.

It's too early to crown DJ the best back in the conference. Because I'll wait until after Miami plays two Commonwealth teams to make a declaration. Nevertheless, DJ is trending upward to being the best RB in the corrupt ACC. hUh

DJ is also playing behind a YOUNG offensive line. Two true freshmen, and a true sophomore. Along with a first-time starting RS-sophomore and a junior. Yet he's putting up positive production running and catching the ball.
