Will be a monumental day for our program when Zo steps into this position. We’ve already made so much progress since Mario took over but zo walking into this role is so important. Mario with full support/backing as well as a very well respected and successful football mind like zo working side by side?! We’ve waited a long long time for this and it’s finally here. It’s bitter sweet

Zo should have a staff of assistants (probably 3-4), he will have the budget, and after assignments, he will sign off on all.
Easy to administer, but he has to do a lot of reading, and learn compliance procedures....lots of signatures...etc.

Mario will also advise ( he he).......... so it will be efficient....... don't forget though the AD is taking the lead......
Zo plan on 14 hour days , wave to the family, but you would be back in SoFla, get ready for the grind........and let us not forget Rad...he is the wheel in this scenario. Learn a **** of a lot from a guy who has been there and done that........good luck...
