I think Manny has his limits as a hc, BUT I also think that maybe UM is a perfect fit and those limits can be overcome. Particularly with a good OC. Baker is just an extension of Manny on his defense.

lol at a second year, first time HC has his limits. You make it seem like he is a 30 plus year career HC that is as stubborn as Al Folden his whole career. He is still learning and by the changes he has made from year one to two, I’d say his limitations are endless. His will to succeed is very strong, no doubt. Not saying that he will be great, but the greats have some things that we all can see in him.
