Enos inability to convert 3rd downs combined with the snails pace he calls plays=no need for more than two backs. We can't get touches for guys now let alone add in a 3rd back.

Announce changes now but let coaches remain to work with team through bowl game. Everyone wins that way. Fans are appeased. Coaches that will not be retained have time to find new gigs. And Miami can contact any coaches that become available now so they're not gone by the time a decision is made.

Love how everyone conveniently glosses over this. Unless a coach is squarely on the hot seat (Herman, Muschamp, etc.), a first year HC is not going to make any changes until the season is over and they're able to get the early enrollees on campus

I doubt there are any offensive recruits hanging around just to see if Enos is fired and then commit. On the other hand firing Enos before early signing might send a message of disarray to current commits and they bail. In other words, risk is greater then reward. Enos gets fired after the bowl game. If not, Diaz signed his pink slip.

In my opinion, that **** needs to make sure come next year whether its himor whoever that that defense better be tight. And with shaq and pickney dippin out, next year definitely wont be the time to be wondering if he got the right dco for the job! If he wants to be the d-co turn heeadcoach that has a sorry *** defense that's on him, but know way im leaving the defense in the hands of the LA Tech coordinator!
