So I know he isn't allowed to go off campus and recruit kids. Is he still allowed to go be a face at local high schools and develop relationships with coaches and such? What are the limitations of Quality Control? Is he limited to STRICTLY Miami campus contact only?

I’m not worried about richt on offense, he’s bringing in elite talent and was short handed last year with injuries and malik. It’s the defensive recruiting and or lapses on the field(backup/below average qbs torching us) on a defense that was filled with talent in 2017 that concerns me
