Miami's pass rush was already good, and it's about to be illegal. One of the best pass rushers in the nation, Tyler Baron, announced he is transferring to Miami.

The 6'5, 260 EDGE spent the past four years at Tennessee, where he played 47 games, made 23 SEC starts and compiled 105 pressures (third nationally among P5 players). He has 13.5 career sacks and 101 career tackles to go along with 27 TFLs.

Y'all think he will be ready to play this fall (labrum)? I guess I trust the staff that he will be. LFG!!!
 
He’s a good player. But he’s a bit of a can crusher. He had 12.5 total sacks in 3 years, but half were out of conference. Most of his sacks in SEC play were against lower teams like Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou. He did not have sacks in big games and had a hard time holding the edge against the run. He does generate a lot of pressure though. He will be a nightmare DE3. Just setting expectations from seeing him his entire career

As long as he can stop the run at that size and set the edge with leverage we good. Pause

Cause now u have fresh bodies all over the DL with legit talent. Starter that send a starter to the bench to be fresh and get the best out of them all.
