He calls the plays I believe and gets to coach the best talent. He’s not leaving that unless it’s HC or NFL

You do know putting DVD on the field would mean another position coach has to go. Unless you don’t fill both offensive spots.

Charlie one of the best developers of DL talent in the nation. You wouldn’t need Rod and Salavea though if he’s the DC. Rather have him coach DC/DE with Jason - move Rod elsewhere

Agree I was shocked they didn’t offer him the job and even more he wasn’t retained on staff

I think he wanted the HC job and since he didn’t get it or was considered for it he said “I’m out”.
