Davante Phillips

That tweet from that sour puss Bethel seems to indicate that Phillips wants to go to FSU but is probably coming to Miami because FSU does not have space for him.

Its great watching some of you get your hopes up. Haven't you learned from MThomas, Cook, Rudolph, Lane, etc?
 
You mean this kid feigned interest in Miami the entire time to try to get Anthony Jones a committable offer and build nonexistent suspense for his announcement? And this clueless staff wasted their time recruiting a known FSU lock who was all but signed, sealed, and delivered once they landed Cook?

They didn't waste their time trying to recruit Phillips. Why should they have given up on him. I will be surprised if he doesn't pick FSU.
 
If Cager is coming, as many think he is, that shouldve been the sign for you guys to know that Phillips wasnt.

I think he wants to go to Miami but he knows all the **** going on in the locker room. Bethel would trash Miami considering he bailed on us last year and probably something to do with coaches.
 
Bethel is a good kid that wanted to be a Cane. He didn't do what was needed in the classroom.

If Bethel is telling the truth than I think its between Florida and Miami because the school he always wanted to go to is FSU that's a fact. I'm actually thinking Miami here, again based on whether Bethel is trolling or not

Another banana in the tail pipe. Happens all the time, everyone knows where a kid is going and they start leaking some false info to create some suspense.
 
Bethel just said on twitter devante will not be going to a school in fl.. I feel like he's gotta be trolling at this point
