Miami did not think it was realistic until recently, so that is what I was reporting. I was ultimately wrong but that is part of the job. I could not be happier for the kid.

I don't get the obsession on railing against Pete about this Trayone Gray situation. He reported what he was told, which is what we should expect of him. I'm sure it's not like he was hoping Gray wouldn't get in, he was just passing along what his sources told him. Every time there is a Gray thread, instead of everyone being excited that he's potentially getting in, we have those posters who just use it as an opportunity to run their mouth to Pete. Weird and unneccessary IMO

My guess is because he had and has a habit of being an arrogant **** about it completely lacking humility.

Vernon, do you have access to Gray's transcripts and test scores? If you don't, then how are you and others speaking with such certainty as to his situation?
