We cant keep nice things. 18 decommits in one cycle. Ouch. Personally I think we should stop allowing early commits. Hasnt done us any good in years.

Staff did a good job identifying this kid early. Clearly he is a good player. Fringe 4 star kinda guy with the tools. Not signing early he is gonna get some attention now that schools shuffle the board. Doubt he comes here but can’t really fault the staff recruiting wise cause he was committed but left because of family reasons

I thought he was staying close to home due to family member being sick,?
Well Georgia offered to move the whole family to Athens. I heard the Auntie is going to be the Vice President of People’s Bank. That’s a step up from her job as line server in the middle school cafeteria she does right now.🤷🏻‍♂️😳😂

He didn’t leave bc of family reasons lololo

Matt Luke was the coach he had the relationship with at Mississippi St. He offered him at UGa now

Tennessee probably offered because UGA did

Start allowing commits around paradise camp. Make it a bigger event then it already is. We've numerous so-called commits that didnt even show up. Almost all of those players de-committed later on in the cycle. Don't allow them to "hold a spot" until a more suitable offer to them comes along. This will allow them to bond with future teammates and us to not look silly and have our B options wait while our A options play us so easily. This won't keep the sillies from doing what they're gonna do but **** im tired of us looking so perturbed all the time.

Either way you get ****ed, you don't let a local kid commit when he wants to, it turns into the biggest tragedy in South florida

We're almost better off going the Christian Williams route and poaching kids late that get dropped by the bag schools. Any OOS kid we identify early, especially from SEC country, is going to be tough to hold onto once UGA, Auburn, Bama, LSU, etc come calling.
