Daily CanesInSight Podcast

Days with more to talk about in a daily podcast Id go 35mins on high end, days with less to talk about id do 10-15 mins min. I wouldn't look for a hard target number. You have your news and target segments, and get it done efficiently. That's what you do with a daily podcast. Now maybe the podcast before/after games are in the low 40s, and the ones in between are in the low to high teens on average and mid 20s when its a lot of news. That'd be good
Having a time goal helps keep things tight and prevent meandering small talk. Agree to disagree about which is better it just comes down to preference

15-20 mins max but I do think two-three
days would be best (Monday show to cover weekend news, Thursday or Friday to cover work week news).

This is going to be a big year of new, free content on the site. Among other things, we’re starting up a daily Canes podcast, live from a studio.

We want your feedback on what you’d want from the show. Ideal time? Length? Any segments or features you want to see?

We’re planning to do the show live with a chat, so the community will be a big part of it.
Be better than the SFL media and ask tough questions of your guests!

@DMoney A daily podcast is not a good idea. . No need to reinvent the podcasting wheel. Put it on a specific day of the week and stick to it.

I just don't see a world where you, Pete, and others don't burn out within a few months and skip multiple podcasts only to try to start it back up. In a toxic boyfriend girlfriend on again off again sort of way.

A much better idea would be to have a weekly scheduled podcast focusing on news, updates, and some questions from the chat. Maybe 20-30 mins in length but longer if needed.

Then, on a separate day, you could have a show dedicated to more user interaction featuring guests and making the community more a part of that one. That one would be more freeform and, if the guests are interested, can run for an hour or more (Friday Happy Hour sort of thing). Also, including special one-offs when there is massive news or even during certain times of the year, it can be closer to daily (i.e., signing day).

An hour is plenty imo

Can you really fill the airwaves with just Canes content?

Love the site, but you have set a very ambitious goal.

Will you expand to All-ACC? All-CF?

A segment titled, Fraggle Friday, could be gold.
