Has he gained weight? Last I saw he needed another year.
This post should be deleted. Totally despicable.
Adding chocolate to the inside of a cannoli??.. Nothing wrong with that...This post should be deleted. Totally despicable.
That's how it's supposed to be if you really want to compete at a high level.Love the idea of recruiting in such a way that guys like this can get tucked away for a season or two, get bigger/faster/stronger, then poof—stud recruit (that you had the luxury of kinda forgetting) is ready to crush.

Well to be honest..........putting the chocolate and/or the Marscapone/Ricotta cheese in with a pastry bag is the correct way to do it, so there's that...Adding chocolate to the inside of a cannoli??.. Nothing wrong with that...
Not if you're lining the inside of the shell with chocolate.... The finger method coats the walls... then let sit and dry and then use pastry bag with the filling to finish filling the shell... Just depends on how you like it I guess...Well to be honest..........putting the chocolate and/or the Marscapone/Ricotta cheese in with a pastry bag is the correct way to do it, so there's that...
My Man....I've probably made 5,000 Cannoli's in my life....from frying the shells, to filling them with Marscapone/Ricotta cheese, To coat the inside you can use a plastic (ketchup) bottle...or change the tip on a pastry bag...very messy otherwise. Not if you're lining the inside of the shell with chocolate.... Or... you can use a finger as demonstrated in the gif and it works fantastic..... Messy isn't always a bad thing when it comes to food... I've come up with some very interesting flavor profiles getting messy in the kitchen....
