Cutcliffe blames the crowd noise.....

I was running around the stadium with a car door slamming peoples' fingers in it. They were screaming their asses off. Crown me!

They showed a few blimp views which made the stadium look completely empty but man the noise on 3rd down was extremely loud. I wasn't sure what to think. I later heard lots of people were wearing orange which is why they blended in with the orange seats. I guess you couldn't tell the difference from the blimp.

Yep. They were wearing orange and most of them were shaped just like seats. So it gave the illusion the place was empty.

Miami crowds have always been loud. Joe Robie doesn't to the noise the justice like the OB did in the closed end. Canes or Fins, the noise in the OB fantastic. Just like penalties were invented to keep our Canes from dancing, the NFL passed a rule to penalize the fans after we drove Ken Stabler of Oakland into waving a white towel at us in surrender in a playoff game. The crowd did sound loud on TV. Way to go guys.

Yeah, I was in the student section and there was prob around 30k people there to start the game. right after half when it started raining pretty dam hard it fell to probably below 20k. But it got very loud for that entire drive where we scored on that 4th and 19. All the 3rd downs were loud, and we kinda got after the refs pretty hard, but they deserved it. It definitely sounded like there were more people there than there actually were.

i know i was screaming my a** off last night. loved the energy our crowd showed. and i was definitely trying to start a riot bc of that ridiculously bad officiating. wanted to do some street justice (south american soccer fan style)

I actually remember as a kid being at a Fins' game in Joe Robbie and the refs flagged the Fins because of crowd noise.

i was at the game around section 140.. it stadium did not loop empty and the noise was there.

after the rain some people left, but the ones making all the noise sounded like they stayed.

The crowed was in the game.. the sideline was jumping up and down the energy was for sure there.

Yeps, by the time everyone got out of the parking lot and out of the breeze ways, to their seats, it was like 5 minutes into the 2nd qtr. They were just in time to miss the only offensive production of the first half and then proceeded back to the breeze ways and parking lots during half-time.

All the folks that had SFL evening plans scattered once the rain fell, those of us that were all-in, just accepted being soaked for the remainder of the game...and that shower actually felt good...Chem-Trails be damned :)

If Miami gets a W in Atlanta...Cinci might draw a few more.

It was pretty loud on tv. watching the Wisconsin game with a pack house and our game , we were way louder

You guys do realize that part of that is how they mic any particular game and then mix it? Not saying it wasn't loud, but just sayin'

lol. Brutal.

Are the seats still going to be orange after the renovations? They look greenish in the pics I have seen. Maybe that will help how the stadium looks.

Yes there are.

Sidelines were pretty full but it sounded a whole lot louder than the number of folks attending would be expected to sound. Was hype.

It just kills some people around here that fans actually showed up, enjoyed the game, and cheered for Miami.
