Why is anyone mad about this? You think recruits hear this and will be less interested in Miami?
Thanks y’all, caught that backhanded slap.EABOD’s.“Miami, of course”… we byke
He names Oregon, Texas, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas Tech and Miami are spending at an unfair level.
“I mean if you want to be the best, you’ve got to be able to compete against the best… Right now, I understand it is Oregon, Ohio State, Texas… Texas Tech is because of its oil money. I think Notre Dame’s up there pretty good right now, too. Miami, of course.”
Oddly no mention of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, etc. - big spenders before you could be a legit big spender. No coach. In order to be the best, you need to BEAT the best.....not **** and moan that you can't compete with the best. If those schools are doing something illegal, you may have a point. If it's legal, you're just a whiny *****.

The negative recruiting on Mario has been turned up this year and a lot of it is justified. A lot is on the line for this season for various reasons. Mario needs this new staff to coach out of their minds and exceed expectations.
It's good publicity.I am confused as to why people on CIS don’t applaud every time we are referred to as a big NIL spender. I agree with @RVACane that we haven’t yet seem results commensurate with our spending. But I also agree with @DMoney that UM (and Texas Tech) were starting from a different place than OSU and the others when NIL became a reality.
But in short, I want UM to have the reputation of spending a lot as it resonates with players. And I believe that it will pay off soon.
WaitWhich roster is better? May 25’ or May 24’?
My money is on 24’.
Why is that hilarious?Wait
What?
If youre talking about UM that's hilarious.
Go position by position especially with the secondary being flippedWhy is that hilarious?
Outside of secondary and maybe OL, where is the upgrade?Go position by position especially with the secondary being flipped
I completely disagree with your take.
God we are so close...I mean if we can get to the playoff this year or at worst get into the ACC Champ and a big bowl game we might get back to full fledged national hate. Everyone making it seem like we are the only ones. I'm convinced coaches are telling guys to do this...try to stop any potential momentum moving forward.
