Where is the implicit downgrade?

I view it as a wash but a better team overall on paper between staff adjustments and who we brought in.

Beck if healthy is not better than Ward but his "worst year" with the worst catching WRs/TEs in all off college football last year would be an all timer here with his stats
Lyle is better than Martinez and will be the starter by years end. LOVE the portal addition. Better room IMHO simply because I see Lyle taking over.

Weird how some random coach knows everyone’s finances but hey, I’m all for telling every potential player that Miami pays the most. Perception is reality.

And this will be so to the misses in recruiting like always. You will see the names we targeted and missed on playing great. We do get some though now but i don’t think it’s super star level where it needs to be.just like 4 of them and we having a different conversation this season.

Agree. Only place we were much better is WR. QB and TE were marginally better. Every other unit is better in 25. Maybe RB is a wash.
