I know it's Barstools, but they are saying Oregon, Washington, Clemson and FLA ST will be announced as the 4 to join the B10 this week. A couple other sites reiterated the Washington and Oregon part, but haven't seen anywhere else about Clemson and the Noles

That would happen only if somehow the ACC's GOR was able to broken. Otherwise, they'd be moving to a conference where they wouldn't receive any TV money.
