Colorado OC Sean Lewis

TCU couldn't stop a nosebleed, that was true even last year. Now that's even worse, because they lost a ton of experienced talent. Would the Deion jocksniffers be saying anything if TCU wasn't shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly?

This is a typical Big XII style shootout. I will say this, it's obvious that T. Hunter is the best player on the field, BY FAR. The gap is so incredibly wide, it's comical. Wonder how that holds up once CU starts playing teams with similar talent, teams like USC, where maybe someone can at least run with the guy.

Also playing both ways. He is talented but rail thin. How will he hold up all season?

Future stud. Offense is a day and night difference from last year. If Mario hired this guy last year we probably win 9 games even with how bad the roster was.

That being said Deion better have a contingency plan. He’s gonna get poached.

IiRC, Kent State's OC (Andrew Sowder) was getting alot of buzz for Kent State's Offense, though Kent State wasn't exactly dominating the MAC.

It wouldn't be a bad move for Lewis to take a demotion, work with a high profile HC and NFL prospect QB, and reset his value as a HC

Lewis went from making half-a-million as the HC at Kent State to making $900k annually at CU to be the OC. Guy had a losing record there to boot. He's only 37 and he'll be a P5 HC in the next 24 months. Pretty smart move IMO.

ADs today demanding their coach be an elite P5 recruiter and be trained under an elite CEO, has really hurt G5 coaches getting good P5 jobs.

They’d rather hire a coordinator with no HC experience from the Saban/Smart tree with a big time recruiting reputation, than hire an established G5 coach.

Easier to go from P5 coordinator to P5 HC than from G5 HC to P5 HC.

While getting paid **** near twice as much, for less responsibility! He would be Stupid to not make that move, if he’s got designs on being a P5 HC.

Doubt it, go look up Col OL. That OL has some behemoths. They are big af and pretty athletic.

Deion knocked it out of the park with his OC hire. DC hire? Not so much. The game passed Kelly behind a long time ago. One other thing I’ll say about that game though - TCU was hella overrated. That isn’t even close to the same team as last year and I could definitely see them losing 5-6 games. Hunter is a freak of nature for sure. Criminoles have to be disgusted every time they think about “What might have been” lol.

I was about to post on here that it would've been cool to have a breakdown of Lewis's offense and there you go. Thanks.
