Im just curious about this “ Manny trying to find his buddies jobs so as not embarrassing them by outright firing them”.

‘How does that phone call go? “ Hey coach you got any openings on your staff ? I have a few guys that I’m getting ready to can that suck at their jobs but I don’t want to embarrass them cause they’re my buddies so you think you can take them off my hands?”

Would love to hear that phone call and the laughter at the other end..

I know this isn't a coach hiring dream thread...but Jim Schwartz is stepping away from the NFL for a year...I'd love his 4-3 double A gap scheme in Miami. Even if he wasn't a big recruiting guy kids would be great to learn from to be prepped for the league
