Alright I'm not going to keep going back and fourth with this. Usually when a well know insider whose broken countless stories says something I believe him, if you don't then thats up to you. Regardless the buyout goes down after the season and the admins aren't going to pay extra money to fire a coach now when they can do it after the season and save some money. I 100% hope Diaz gets fired today but with the ****** administration we have I don't see it happening

Just saw where Feldman said they staying with Manny through the end of the year…let’s see how true that is when UNC boat races us in a couple weeks..

I posted before Msu they’ll likely wait until he starts losing conference games , drop some of those and there’s nothing left. He’s out of lives.

That’s unacceptable that he’s retained for the rest of the year. He hasn’t earned the right and neither has the moron that he reports to.

Yeah but many contracts aren’t written that way. Who knows with Blake but if it’s a % of the reaming year amounts, it’s not going to be $9m. Something closer to $5million would be the math.

C'mon man. He stated that we had 9 injuries and were playing our 3rd string QB.

If that's not an indicator that he's been fed a line from inside the Hecht Centre then I don't know what to tell you.

Usually buyouts have certain dates to them when they go down In price, and it usually after the season. If we fired Manny now it would likely be a buyout based on 3 years Left in his contract, Ive read a lot of other HC contracts and I've never seen a mid season buyout clause. For instance if a coach gets fired midway through his 3rd season his buyout would be Based off 3 years remaining in his deal, if they wait until the end of the season it would be 2 years. Now it's possible Manny Diaz contract could be different, I'm just saying I've never seen one like that

Tell you what - seeing as you know so much and won't just stop after numerous people in this thread have said trust @Alex Jones and others (@SouthParkCane ), why don't you take up the role of Board Insider/Buyout expert?
 
I see people on the boards arguing over buyout cost, which is the least important part of his reporting. The key part is that he said Manny's seat is getting hotter. The administration is ready to support him "through" the season. Schematics at work.

Manny's *** will be gone before the new year. If it's now or at season's end doesn't matter to me as long as he's gone. We won't hire a new coach until the off-season anyways.
 
He has the look of a man who knew he was fired if he lost that game Friday. He didn’t look confident a buyout would save him

You can bet that if Flake wrote it it will probably fck Miami in the worst way possible….That stupid *** might have written that Manny gets a two year extension in pay if he’s fired before his contract is out.

Knowing how Manny was hired I wouldn’t put anything past that ticket selling idiot…
