ESPECIALLY if it is something that does not come naturally. Recruiting is SALES 101. For those in sales, you know what I am talking about. KB is the type of salesman who sells through relationships. Not the type that is a bird dog, hunter / closer type. Personally, I can live with KB. The perception that he cant recruit and that he is responsible for the loss of high profile recruits is nonsense. The entire program is responsible for loosing out on high profile recruits, we have to WIN to be able to SELL. At that point, anyone can SELL.
