Monster pickup. I will be absolutely shocked if this kid doesn't far out-produce his ranking. RJ McIntosh clone and the exact prospect Manny looks for to play the 3-technique DT. This will be one we'll be laughing about in 3 years when looking back at the 2019 class ranked top to bottom. If he's healthy, this kid will be a starter very quickly and NFL prospect. 285 with basketball feet doesn't grow on trees. Great, great addition.

“I just started learning about the whole Miami history and everything, and I heard it used to be a powerhouse,” Harrison-Hunte told 247Sports prior to going public with his decision. “We’re building it to be another powerhouse in the future and I’m trying to be part of that. It’s way better joining something and trying to rebuild it than going somewhere already built for greatness.”

The part in bold hit me in my chest. We GOTTA get good again.

This makes me sad - how he’s “just now reading about it”. Wtf I’m old.

His boy already has offers from Michigan, Baylor, Tennessee, Louisville, Michigan State, LSU, A & M and South Carolina. I’m taking him and Lamy Constant from Brooklyn and making a decision AFTER these SFL boys decide to play for UM.

Great pickup by Jess, gives us very good depth 8-9 deep at DT (if he can get anything out of Tyriec Martin lol)

Everybody thinks it will be impossible to replace Willis, but I think with Silvera, Chigozie, Ford, Bethel, Miller & adding 3 young pups in Blissett, Holley & Harrison-Hunte that will give us plenty of depth to supplement a potential stout line.

Hopefully we get Hill from Va Tech to solidify DE depth, but even so still our front 7 DL & LB corp will still be strong this year.

No, I'm not expecting any of the TF DT's to play right away, but at the very least 1 of them can play there way into getting some snaps. They'll all play 3 or 4 games & redshirt if everyone ahead of them is healthy all year, but we'll see.

Either way, Welcome To The U! 🙌🏾
