But this is why I'm saying to maximize this roster imo you just move Lofton to HB/FB - the position EVERYONE was saying he was best at in practice - you let Fletcher / Brown leave.... then you bring in a do-it-all TE. That way you have a high quality portal TE as starter, and we consistently run a lot of 2 TE (and will run a lot of 3 TE if we are confident in their blocking). So Schott and Gilbert getting heavy rotation. And Lofton can be our big back and actually better than Brown/Fletcher on 3rd downs because he'd be a real weapon in the pass game. Fletcher was very good in his role this year. but I think Lofton could give the same net contribution.

TE: Portal TE1 / Schott + Gilbert / Mueller / Carve+Briggs

RG: Samson (if Bell returns) / Kinsler or Buchanan

I'm excited about the 26' Freshman WRs. I see Wingo being a huge contributor on day one. It's going to be very hard to keep him off the field
 
But seriously a lot of people on here are acting this way because they went to the same high school as him.

Imagine if I acted this way when Lamar Jackson won the heisman? Act like you’ve been there before people.

People see stats and scores and think they happened in a vacuum. Schedule, coaching, and supporting staff can make a great QB mediocre and a mediocre QB into a Heisman contender.

Lmao. Proving my point completely.

Lamar Jackson makes Mendoza look like Judd Anderson and when he won no one from Deerfield/Boynton/Palm Beach acted like this.

Jeremiah Smith or Jeremiah Love should have won it to be honest. But it’s become the Davey O’Brien award basically.
