and he didnt even develop perrymen he just didnt mess him up

all the guys he's had to develop for 2,3,4 yrs he's done nothing with and he's had plenty of talent to work with esp pass rushers but he dont know what to do with em

Dude left here, lost 30 pounds and made the 53 after what ******* Folden did to him. He is one of 1500 players who get to go out there and suit up on Sunday. If you don't think that deserves a ****load of credit then **** you, eat a ****, and go slurp on Golden's **** a little longer.

Unfortunately Shayon most likely will not make the Steelers.
He and Chick are fighting for that last spot on the team, and if you've watched the Steelers' preseason games, then you know Shayon isn't going to make it.

He had a special teams fumble recovery, but has routinely been just a half step from making a play.

Shayon has all the heart in the world, but he is the classic tweener. Too small to play DE and too slow to play LB.

I'm still waiting for him to come back to Miami as a graduate assistant and work his way to an assistant coach position.

And that's not just this year, it's every year.

Thomas had a chronic shoulder injury and was probably done at FSU anyway.

But If you look at the data (if they don't get injured or arrested...)

5 stars have a 90% chance of making a 53 man roster.

3 stars have like a 5% chance.

Only 30 5 star recruits a year. There are thousands of two/three stars signed every year.

Yeah because that NFL team wasn’t short at the position and Chick won’t be playing 75% of the snaps. Read my post before responding. I’m saying Chick was told to gain weight because we NEEDED him on the field and had nobody else. How he managed his weight on the field is between him and swasey
 
I guess we can bump this. I was never speaking negative against Chick, its the crazies on here going ape**** over preseason games. Doesn't mean he isn't a good football player, doesn't mean he wasn't a good player at Miami. Just means he most likely will never make an impact on a NFL roster like 99.9% of us.
