We've had that hubris/stubborness/stupidity streak in so many of our corches. Radio, ***, Dorito, Lispy. Even Richt and Lashlee took too long to adapt to the realities on the gruond. But at least those two were smart and eventually made adjustments. Most of our staphs were incapable of learning.

Richt was definitely a genius and made phenomenal adjustments that were extremely apparent on the field and the locker room. When we went 7-6 in 2018 and emabarresed on national TV by Wisco, you knew he had it in him to go 15-0 next year, but out of his unending benevolence and genius he handed the keys to the Ferrari to Lispy. Thank you for honoring that.

Richt didn’t hand the keys to Diaz. The offense being putrid in 2018 was on him, but not the decision to hire Diaz.
