Changes to coaching staff

I am. He deserves another year. Maybe 3 or 4 more. Gattis didn't make the loser "cultcha." We all know those consecutive years of top 25 offenses under Lashlee were a mirage. Put Gattis on a more talented team like Michigan, and he's a Broyles Award winner. Mario simply doesn't make hiring mistakes or terrible coaching decisions. That's something Manny Diaz would do, not an $8.5 million per year coach. Going into the season, everyone was predicting that UM was a 1 win team. So the fact that we've won 5 TIMES more games in one season than anyone expected means the entire coaching staff, especially Mario, has exceeded expectations.
Well said bro. Its the talent bro. When the NFL steals Mario from us, we should name our Broyles Award winner head coach. With 50 5 stars on our roster, not even middle Tennessee could stop us.

Hates him, not physical enough and too wide open of a spread offense that scores too many easy points

Finesse offense. Soft scheme means soft players. Fans don't want to explosive plays, they want to see trench warfare.

Per Brad Tejada,

At least 2 maybe 3 coaches leaving at year end. And was very definitive that Gattis only signed a 2yr contract

So booting him won’t be super costly.

Was also mentioned that Gattis and Addae contracts weren’t extended at their respective schools, so it wasn’t like Miami poached anyone
That last line really puts this staff in perspective, a lot of big names and a lot of guys who have major accomplishments on this staff. But we really didn’t beat out many, if any teams for most of these guys, Strong was unemployed, we stole Steele from Maryland, Addae and Gattis were both free agents, Joe and Mirabal followed Mario, Kevin Smith was probably the only guy added where you can say the guy who lost him lost sleep over losing him.

How stupid does Tennessee feel scoring all those points and appealing to offensive recruits… they’ll learn eventually…. Idiots

Watching Meechagin, we run the same offense minus the good Oline. Very boring but their RB get some serious yrds. Also our defense isn’t close to them

Yeah, Tennessee is all of a sudden the model program until they lose their 30 year old quarterback and #1 receiver. 2023 will look like 2021 for them.
