Haven't seen the total yet, but BetOnline just posted Miami as a 16 point favorite for Week 1.

Seems about right, given we have absolutely no idea how anything will go this year. Austin Peay just had all 3 of their long-snappers miss their first game on Saturday night due to "unspecified reasons", which is obviously COVID related. And, shocker, they pretty much lost the game because they couldn't long snap.

Thoughts on -16? UAB will be prepared. Bill Clark might be the most underrated coach in the country.

That was painful to watch. Especially when the punter got tackled on the 10.

Looks like UF is playing chess while every one else is playing checkers.

Just win and move on to the next one. I gave up on caring about scores, and more about just winning these last couple of years. I'll place my bets on other games to make them more interesting; already have enough interest in our games.

Depends how UAB looks. After their first game well have a good idea. My gut says we win by 21+

-16 seems low but the odds this year are probably going to swing wildly with the COVID.
0-2 against Conf USA last year. How sad is that? I think we should cover personally. How exactly will they prepare for our offense? They're going to watch SMU clips from last year?

A FCS team scored 35 on them. Our second team offense should be able to duplicate that plus. If this team can not cover 13.5 against UAB will be another long season for fans.

What are some good websites for sports betting? I’m ready to make the leap lol

The spread was never -16. BetOnline is notorious for releasing spreads at very low limits (e.g. $300) that they immediately adjust following Bookmaker releasing its odds. The consensus spread opened -14 and has zigzagged back and forth between -14 and -13.5, where it currently is.

The O/U has climbed linearly from 50.5 to 52 at the bigger offshore sportsbooks.
