No, he gets fairly criticized because Manny the coordinator was here before Manny the head coach. Manny the coordinator really underperformed from a recruiting/talent evaluation standpoint at several positions within that defense which in turn led to Manny the head coach underperforming and losing some games he should have won.

This isn't a new outside coach who needs time to implement his system, his system has been here for 5-6 years now. He's already had to fire each of his hand picked initial coordinators as well.

nah because, and this is just an outside opinion, those losses need to be scrutinized because Miami looked unprepared. Even the UNC and OSU losses this year, seems like Miami loses not because of talent or the other team decided to have their best game of the season against ya’ll, but because Miami wasn’t prepared like you’d expect them to be.

On the flip side though, he was a first year head coach and lost games that could have went his way after a few here and there’s

Need to be better prepared and play consistently at a high level. We are not even close to that nor have we been for close to 20 years... haven’t seen the on field adjustments made thus far with Manny. Curious to see the second year in this offense and the adjustments on D.
