Can Al be Dan Mullen?

I'd take Al being Joey Mullen at this point.

Forget Al Golden. Dude sucks. That comparison should have never been made.

But the thing about Mullen is right. Dude was a corch ten months ago. There was no yearly improvement in his first five years. This is one of those years where everything comes together for a program: experienced QB playing well, favorable schedule, tons of upperclassmen, etc. This is the type of program that has a Cinderella season and then hits 7-5 the very next year, right where they always are.

I'm on a college football board and I feel like posters like this have never watched the game. Worse yet, some dumbasses thought this was a good post.

There was a movement to fire Mullen last year up until he won the Egg Bowl. Now he's sitting at #1. Can Al Golden do that? I...hope so?
