I’ve seen the interview from a few years ago where he said it. He made no bones about it.
 
I've done too many vodka tonics chased with cocaine today to ascertain what's going on here. Are we celebrating Crazy Jim Harbaugh's one actual win or something? Are we claiming Mehl Tucker is worth a BILLION dollars? Do we think Frank Jameslin is worth $100 mil too?

If so to any of that then meet me in your overcast dirty snow filled Big Ten town of choice because I've had enough of your nonsense and will pound your face Tim Biakabutuka style.

Manny can’t win 9 games if his life depended on it and will never get another HC job again, so ...yeah.

Please don’t rebuttal with “yeah neither of them have a natty ring”. Neither has Mario, Lincoln Riley, or Ryan Day. Have they accomplished “as much as” Manny to?

Yeah, dude. Seriously, Jim Harbaugh got one of the absolute highest salaries in CFB when Mich hired him. He underperformed for years and even got his pay cut. That after having turned around Stanford and being an NFL coach.

When someone has a history of success you give him some leeway. Manny has never done this before. The bad hires of Baker and Enos are a result of inexperience, not Miami being in bad shape. Michigan was in bad shape.

Right, ppl overlooking the obvious.

The Harbaugh brand (father and sons) is one of disciplined, physical-hard-nosed football.

All things Manny simple doesn’t believe in.

Discipline no cause havoc.

Physical no we don’t practice tackling.

Hard nose no he believes a boys club culture can win it all.

No it’s simple Manny can’t turn it around.

We should have won every game on our scheduled after Bama by 10+ points.

Yet we were in shootouts and taking Ls to really bad teams.

Recruiting has fallen off a cliff and no one is talking about this.

That alone is fireable and shows that ppl simply aren’t buying what he’s selling.

We would have been asking for the Pirate, Lane Train, Primetime, Lebron. No way Jim would have met THE U's fan standards...

His problem was quality assistant coaches so his brother helped him out sending him a quality defensive coach from the Ravens. Manny did rapidly switch OC's when Enos was so pathetic, he tried himself as DC and that failed but it could be a one year shot that could be remedied. Having Lashlee as OC and finding a top defensive coach just might be a solution rather then starting all over from scratch. I think a one year gamble would be worth saving the progress we've seen since the rapid switch of head coaches has not rendered any improvement. All it would take is fresh blood at the helm of the defense to remedy and simply adding a DC is a lot less expensive and could be a rapid fix. Manny has ben good at solving problems, what if he fires him self and brings in an innovative DC. I also think we need a new SC coach, one that understands the athletic aspect of sports. Every team has muscle bound individuals but we need to improve the athletic ability not brute strength.
The gator fired their assistants that are failing them, maybe that would be a solution?

Jim Harbaugh coaches NFL teams, successfully ran Stanford and SDSU. He has so much more experience on how programs are ran. Manny has none of this, can we stop comparing old canes teams to current (I heard someone post this is just like 1999 team) or comparing coaches to situations to Manny (like this post, or the 5000 Dabo comparisons).

Manny sucks at everything other than social media. He is way over his head and thinks he’s smart enough to get himself out. Spoiler alert HES NOT
 
I know people knock on harbaugh but he’s a **** good coach. I’d also add that he usually hires a great staff. It was a matter of time imo

Miami’s mistake was hiring Manny.
And manny has been trying to fix mistakes he has no idea how to fix.

Manny has been bailed out by coaches that know way more than he does and have been around coaching and football in general far longer than he has.
Lashlee is the reason we got king.
Enos is the reason we got tvd.

And because of his god awful defense we at at risk of signing a horrible defensive class and recruiting class in general.

Harbaugh been with made people, connected people. Who manny been with? Jive *** maricon motha****as. Why don’t he get lost, sell mall kiosk jewelry or something.
