I only see two losses here, as worst-case scenario, and that’s with me at quarterback
if he played at miami, they'd have pics of him at hard rock casinoif he played at Miami, they would be trying to shut down the program.
More like a **** missile!Dodged a bullet here
Trying? They would take away all 5 of Miami titles even the ones that are "unclaimed"if he played at Miami, they would be trying to shut down the program.
What an absolute dog **** schedule.I only see two losses here, as worst-case scenario, and that’s with me at quarterback
HES STILL IN COLLEGE?!?!? HAHAHA.
I had the same thought! Wasn’t he here before COVID?!?HES STILL IN COLLEGE?!?!? HAHAHA.
If Jake Garcia was playing here I would also say shut down the programif he played at Miami, they would be trying to shut down the program.
Someone close to me has been dealing with it for many years too. I’m so sorry you are also dealing with it. I read that gambling has a very high, if not the highest relapse rate, and I feel for you. Best of luck to you.I fight my own gambling problems. Hasn’t ruined my life or anything but it really is hard to explain unless you’re going through it. Slots my vice though. Not sports. The craziest thing about it is you will quit and your finances will finally feel on track and that urge for the dopamine it releases is so strong that it’s almost impossible to not give in. I feel for anyone dealing with it. It’s stupid and would absolutely be something I clowned someone for 10 years ago. Like I said it’s hard to explain. Harder to quit than any substance in my opinion. You don’t need substances. You need money. So it is super harmful. Hate how much it is promoted
Thank you. It’s hard for me to personally understand as I have never experienced addiction firsthand, but I have somehow been surrounded by it my whole life. Lots of friends and family members. So I do not judge, and I just try to support and understand.I appreciate it more than you know. Hope that person also finds the strength. Easier for me to join this thread than get therapy or have the courage to admit it to my close family. Like I said I haven’t crossed the line to destruction but I’m sure it wouldn’t take long if I don’t keep it in check
Really? That’s very interesting….and disheartening.I am on adhd medicine as it is and I believe it increases the likelihood to succumb to vices. Know it sounds like an excuse but it wires your brain in a way to take more risks. Medicine like that is dangerous for that reason.
100% not an excuse. I’m not on the meds but work specifically in this field. Could go on podcast length posts about but I’d just be telling you things you already experienceI am on adhd medicine as it is and I believe it increases the likelihood to succumb to vices. Know it sounds like an excuse but it wires your brain in a way to take more risks. Medicine like that is dangerous for that reason.
Never had that issue on my meds. In fact I'm more apt to go down rabbit holes without them.I am on adhd medicine as it is and I believe it increases the likelihood to succumb to vices. Know it sounds like an excuse but it wires your brain in a way to take more risks. Medicine like that is dangerous for that reason.
