Bartow posted yesterday on USC's 247 site that DJ Johnson wants to go to USC, but their staff doesn't want him because of "character concerns". He also thinks DJ could still flip to UW.

This kid comes from a good family, has been nothing but a good student & is one of the highest rated DL's in the nation... But now all of the sudden he has "character concerns", for USC???

USC is basically the West coast Bama when it comes to recruiting kids with troubled backgrounds & they're going to turn down the #2 ranked DE in Cali? Lmao...

Nah, more like he's had no interest in your program & you can't buy him with bags like you do every other West Coast recruit.

This is Pastor Richt we're talking about, y'all know **** well if DJ had some type of bad off the field behavior, he would've cooled on him a long time ago...

USC, at one time, was in a great spot to land Johnson potentially. They saw some red flags and stopped pursuing a while back.

If he somehow doesn't wind up at Miami, Washington would be the flip situation.

His dad has told numerous ppl he hated the USC visit. And from what has been said it's because "some parents aren't in the business of selling their kids". So USC tried to pay off the family and they told them to go **** themselves and it gets turned around that the kid has "character concerns". ******* hilarious.
