He needs to be in as uncomfortable position as possible. He’s the one who single handily has ****ed our program all these years. It’s time he takes it up the backside!!!

There is no other program in the country - none - that has a chief of staff with higher or equal authority to the head coach. There’d be no point in being the head coach.
They should consider a position where Highsmith reports to Diaz and where he has authority over certain departments and isn’t just a “yes” man, but a vice president of sorts on the operations and recruiting/ scouting side of things.
Mandy is lucky to be employed.
**** this *******
I wonder if Mom Diaz asked Manny Jr. what he wanted for dinner every day?The solution is to make the best decision for the program, not ask Manny what he wants.
What gets lost in this is that Highsmith could potentially save Blake’s job here and Manny is saying no to that. Blake is literally getting told by his subordinate what to do. Blake is a cuck.Just to recap so we can fully appreciate this:
• A guy who's been a high-level NFL executive for 8 seasons verbally agreed to take a position at UM that would give him power, helping to hopefully fix our program.
• Our tiny, lisping moron of a head coach, with his 6-7 record and 3 straight losses to FIU, Duke, and LaTech, told his boss "no."
• Cuck James allowed his tiny, lisping moron head coach with no success, respect, or clout to dictate to him who he can hire. He allowed an employee to tell him who he could hire.
• So not only is Manure ruining the program on the field, he's now also overpowering his spineless boss on a hire that could lay the foundation for us to build a strong program in the future and stop running our team like it's amateur hour.
This entire program should be shut down and at this point if you don't despise Manny you're either part of his bloodline, mentally handicapped, or a homosexual.
James’ philosophy always has been to defer to his coach on how he runs his program. He gives him input - and states the obvious need to improve the offense in this case - but James’ approach has been to support his coach’s decisions and give the coach resources to succeed, but not make decisions that would run counter to what his coach wants or create issues that his coach would view as impediments.
James philosophy has not worked at all. We cant continue to let these coaches do what they want with no oversight. That's how sons and bffs get jobs they are not qualified for. James wants a head coach who is not held accountable. This makes no sense and this why the athletic department needs to be cleaned out.
He just lost the entire fan base and anyone holding out hope that he could bring us back.So Manny is behind squashing the Highsmith hire out of fear. Fvck Manny, this is the last straw.
Fair enough, friend. I for one hope Flake and Mandy fvck right off into the sunset hand in hand as far away from this program as possibleI try not to judge others, friend.
If Blake James or Manny Diaz are homosexuals, I would hope they would come out into the open.
Finding out your spouse is a closest homosexual is a very traumatic experience for heterosexuals.
He should be a NFL GM, but I agree that there is so much dysfunction around Diaz right now that nobody really knows what they’d be stepping into.I don't think he's coming here if he has to report to Diaz.
that’s actually a sound philosophy. It’s his coach evals that begs scrutiny.
In what world does an employee get to choose whether they have a boss or not? This isn't Mom and Pop's
Just fold the ***ing program already. This half-assed nonsense is nauseating and pointless. Either the BOT decides to go all in or just scrap it. Continuing to be irrelevant and mediocre for another 15 years is deplorable. Just pull the plug.Just to recap so we can fully appreciate this:

I disagree. Alonzo could come in and actually deflect some of the blame off Diaz for any poor performance when looking at things negatively. On the other hand, the best CEOs bring in people smarter than them and let them do their job. Manny could spend so much more time on his defense which is actually pretty good. I could go on and on.Honestly think about it, what coach would want that? If you are a coach on the hot seat are you going to want someone to come in that would possibly fire you? No coach would be onboard with that
