In what world does an employee get to choose whether they have a boss or not? This isn't Mom and Pop's
Well actually.......
In what world does an employee get to choose whether they have a boss or not? This isn't Mom and Pop's
Manny will be gone half way through next season and we have to sit and wait through all the bull**** for 10 months until the inevitable happens
This program is torture
Does a bear **** it the woods?
Hopefully it didn’t take this to finally see that Manure needs to go!
Facts, you gotta respect Barry for coming out and continuously ripping these clowns for everyone to see.Barry Jackson has been on fire. Thankful for whenever the local press is on our side.
The correct move is fire Manny and bring in Highsmith to build this thing up from the ground. At this point you just laugh. I can’t even get mad anymore.
#TNMJust to recap so we can fully appreciate this:
• A guy who's been a high-level NFL executive for 8 seasons verbally agreed to take a position at UM that would give him power, helping to hopefully fix our program.
• Our tiny, lisping moron of a head coach, with his 6-7 record and 3 straight losses to FIU, Duke, and LaTech, told his boss "no."
• Cuck James allowed his tiny, lisping moron head coach with no success, respect, or clout to dictate to him who he can hire. He allowed an employee to tell him who he could hire.
This entire program should be shut down.
The key is how much power they would get. If they came in with the power of a GM, they could make a big difference. Either force necessary staff changes that Blake hasn’t or get rid of Manny if he doesn’t comply.Hiring a Chief of Staff, or whatever you call it, isn't going to solve the problem. Unless that person comes in and blows the whole **** thing up.
The entire staff needs to be relieved of their duties.
yeah exactly why not have him on your side in the long run? Manny is trippen jeezAssistant/Associate AD - Director of Football Recruiting/Operations or something to that effect may be amicable to all concerned. The details of how much authority Zo would have might be the biggest hurdle. Manny would be foolish not to take advantage of an opportunity to align himself with the type of experience, knowledge, and insight Zo could bring to the table.
FYI. I’ve got a free subscription with the Herald. Only thing they asked me for was an email address. Not everyone has a subscription to the Herald. Preach the gospel for those unfortunate not able to hear it directly from the mouth of our Lord and Savior.
Doesnt it beg the question that if Manny cant handle all of this that maybe he shouldnt be the head coach?
I don't, but sometimes I can get into the articles. But when I go back to them, I hit a pay wall. Not everyone has a subscription to the Herald. Preach the gospel for those unfortunate not able to hear it directly from the mouth of our Lord and Savior.
