We know some of our fans don't like him and lump him with the rest of the def. coaches but he's by far the best recruiter on that side of the ball.He goes and Diaz has no choice but to make major changes or we're not getting any studs on that side of the ball.

I would get rid of everyone on D except for the bartender. He is our best recruiter and he has developed our safeties and many are in the league. How many has Rumpted recruited and made it to the league?

Banda's replaceable, IMO, but not sure if I'm ready for the "make Ed Reed safeties coach" takes yet. If you lose Banda, you need to replace him with a recruiter and maybe Ed is great at it, but he'd be unproven at first and that effectively means we have no position coach in the secondary who is a proven recruiter.
