Breezy can get it. I'm thinking about getting a junior suite at the Hooters Casino & Resort in Vegas and seeing if she'd like to socialize. I wonder if Bubba would eventually take the Footeball surname if things go well?

Some of you are eternally optimistic.

And then when we don’t get him, Everyone has their torches and pitch forks ready.
I am consistently blown away by the baseless, yet unfailing optimism of many posters on this site. I genuinely wonder where this mindset comes from.

All the optimistic people out there, don't let the haters and the jaded get you down.

Nothing wrong with being overly hopeful. It's a great part of being a sports fan.

All the dudes bashing you are just suffering from PTCD...

Got the whole team begging him to come just for it not to happen.

They did the same thing last year for Chatfield and others and the year before and the year before. Can’t blame the kids for trying to make it happen. It’s on the coaches who fail year after year.....hopefully this year we get a surprise or two.

What is the idea behind the tea leaves expression? Just curious I see it a lot on the board.

An ancient art of fortune telling. Basically means you take what you see(on the tea leaf) to gel ylu a story. Most people using is in saying by what they mean the perceive to see (social media, articles etc....) and come to their conclusion of future events. Make sense?

Not saying we get Williams, but comparing him to the Chatfield is apples to oranges. The staff didn’t really fight for Chatfield that much, which is why he went to UF. It didn’t matter that the players wanted him. The staff actually wants Williams.
