Are we missing something

I think a lot of this hinges on whether we play a clean game or not, and I think many are just assuming we won't. Plus they all saw what happened to Oregon and are lazily assuming something similar will happen. Of course we all know that even with truly great teams, that's not necessarily the case. Look at 2001 when we bludgeoned #15 Syracuse and #11 Washington, but the very next game had to squeeze out a 2 point victory over #14 VT.

the best teams find ways to win on their bad days

this team beat a **** good Ole Miss team on a bad day when the refs were trying to gift Ole Miss the game. Somehow opposing QBs get big plays on this team, and UM still wins

I'm leaning towards us getting the Miami that trashed Pitt and not the Miami that played Ole Miss, especially if the refs are the same crew that called the A&M game

All the talking points about Indiana's selflessness and grit are the same things people who watch UM film say about Miami

UM beat Ohio State just like Indiana beat Ohio State. I don't think they take their foot off the gas with this one if the offense is on point

We win comfortably if we DON'T MAKE PENALTIES.... That's what people expect from us. On paper we're better but the penalties can lose us the game.

Indiana is very good but I’m even surprised by the line and the pundits. I think we win tonight and that while really really good. Indiana is not this unbeatable juggernaut.

If the refs decide to make this game about them, then we will have trouble. If they decide to let the game be decided on the field of play, then I really love our chances for a dominant win.

I do think we need to play disciplined. Stupid false starts and personal fouls will spell doom for us.

I completely agree - and those aren't the sort of penalties I'm really concerned about - it's the discretionary holding, pass interference and personal foul calls which always seem to come out at the most opportune moments in our opponent's favor.
