Anyone watching real football today?

they just showed it - 78% completions for the year. wow

I've been saying it all year...Burrow with this OL and these WRs is clinical. Big boy football over and over again.

Yet the porsters here think it's all Joe Brady when LSU runs the same run schemes, formations and RPOs that every other spread team does.

That's really the only concern because with his traits he's pretty much a flawless player. But he's very intuitive about creating space and he will learn what he can and can't get away with, and how to protect himself. He has Brady level poise and Brady never takes hits.

I despise the Pats but am always hesitant to compare anyone to freakin' Brady. I think you're right about Burrow's overall traits though. He seemingly has the complete skillset to not have to rely on the ability or even the temptation to try to make the superhuman extended plays.

What. U still mad because mighty LSU BYTCHED SLAPPED Miami two times. Once in 2005 and again under Richt.:ttdg2m10mxvzxan.jpg:
Man, your an idiot for bragging on l$u on a Miami website. I have lived my whole life in Louisiana and I've been a Miami fan since a child. It's normally nice to come to this site and talking about the canes but I see we have l$u d*ck riders like you on the site as well.

I dunno about "all Joe Brady," but they're much, much better this year than last year in terms of formations and moving guys around. It's a combination of a bunch of things. Joe Burrow's accuracy and ability to process quickly are the keys to the whole thing.

That release needs work, man. He's a tick slower than I'd hope across his reads, too. Good athlete, though.

After this game, I'll try and link you to a great video that shows the improvement he's made under Riley. Its not clean by any means, but he's improved it quite a bit.

Also, some guys you just bet on. This is a kid I'd bet on.

FWIW...no one has ever thrown for a higher yards per attempt in the history of college football. Previous ypa kings were Kyler and Baker. Both ended up as R1P1. In December...both were not considered R1 prospects by the usual DraftTwitter/ESPN/NFLN talking heads/draftniks.

Nation's YPA leaders since 09.

Tyrod Taylor (late pick, pretty **** good pro)
Cam Newton (R1P1)
RGIII and Russell Wilson (R1P2 and a Future Hall of Famer)
Aaron Murray (2013 NFL Draft is one of the worst QB Drafts of All-Time - EJ Manuel year)
Jameis Winston (R1P1)
Marcus Mariota (R1P2)
Vernon Adams (tiny human being...Baker was #2 in the nation FWIW, ended up R1P1)
Baker...Baker...Kyler (R1P1s)
Now Hurts.

I'm not sure I want to bet against that. Thats a good run.
